By applying to sell on DAX Buy & Bid, you agree to take responsibility for the products you offer and for fulfilling your commitments to buyers.
Shipping
The seller is responsible for preparing, packaging, and shipping each product, paying or arranging the agreed shipping costs, providing tracking, and meeting the delivery commitments shown to the buyer.
Returns and refunds
The seller is responsible for receiving and handling return requests, arranging return logistics, and resolving eligible returns and refunds in accordance with the published return policy and applicable law.
Product warranty
The seller is responsible for the product's condition, accuracy, and warranty, and for handling defects, repairs, replacements, and other warranty obligations that apply to the product.
You must provide accurate product descriptions and clear shipping, return, and warranty information before purchase, and respond to buyers about these obligations. These terms do not limit buyers' rights under applicable law.
Your acceptance is recorded with the terms version and the date and time of acceptance.
